We literally have been converting some streets back to two-way one block at a time. But since I've lived downtown more and more blocks are going back two-way! I think this is a biking issue as well, as one-way streets often extend a ride, and make it more difficult to go where your trying to go. This is just so hard to do in Milwaukee.
